"The removal of his passive armor pen was the major nerf.
jax gets a huge passive boost from ultimate, darius get armor pen for free basically and olaf gets stomped to the ground when he wasn't even OP.

I felt like he doesn't need much AD to be effective, as he does a lot of damage with W on high AS and heals insanely fast with LS,"
