Basically, any AP caster with a decent AA steroid should benefit from these items."

Shiv is good early game and for splitpushing. Also core on some champions like tryndamere.
PD is built on almost all ADC and weird builds like double PD sion.
Both are good items, both shine in certain moments. Basically, early game Shiv, late game PD."
