"Pick your best role and get a snowbally champ. Snowball everywhere. "Killsteal" if necessary. Just win. Also, don't just win your lane. Stomp the enemy into the ground so they have no chance of being a threat later on. Make them rage and play badly as a result of that anger."

I've been in the same roughly for the same elo for the pass few months and I rarely see a handful of champs. I've got my own ideas as to why they're not picked but I'm curious as to what people...
