"You really should change your masteries a bit. Expanded mind might seem good at first, however it sucks if you do the maths behind it:
Base mana at 18: 1060.
5% extra means .05*1060 = 53.
So 4 mastery-points give you a total of 53 extra mana, and that's at 18."

"nah, armor scales with level on every champ, mr does not. And if you're an AD carry (the only type getting lw) your damage will be way more consistent and the crits will be higher. Both are equally good, considering AD is not as easy to get high as AP."
