AP Master Yi is no more overpowered than AP Tristana. Her Explosive Shot has a 1:1 AP ratio, Rocket Jump has a .8:1 AP ratio "

I do know Fiddlesticks can move while his ult is on and Maokai can only place Vengeful Maelstrom once, but assuming the Fiddlesticks uses the Zhonya's Hourglass active I'm sure this u"
