I felt skarner was pretty good, at least when I played... i was 7/6/16 something like this, tri-force, sunfire, GA, merc's and wit's end...

How can renekton be built? 0/21/9, Exhaust and Flash, and which items? Focus on CDR? Last whisper or Black cleaver? Use atma's on him? Renekton needs CDR glyphs? Flat? Merc's...
