about the build, you don't need ionian boots of lucidity because frozen heart + Q passive + Masteries will reach 39% :D

And with malza I always farmed with the malefic visions... kinda hard to farm with attacks, especially AP champs, who don't have a lot AD... Kennen can spam spells :D and Gragas recharge ma"
