Everyone here, at the boards, is looking for team members purely for ranked play. We are not. Not yet anyways.
If you are a basic everyday player, can speak proper English and would like to be part of a regular crew whom to play with, we are probably looking exactly for you.
We are fed up with the toxic atmosphere of the game (especially when playing with random teammates) and really want to find fun and laid-back teammates to play with. The randoms make playing hard and unbearable - can't try any organized tactics, everyone fights and throws around blame, nobody listens and some even more or less intentionally feed the opposing team when our team start losing. That is not even half of it.
Naturally the most important quality you need is having a sense of the game and about how things work (or at least should work, should everything go perfectly). Our goal is to improve our gameplay not only as a team but also on an individual level. This means a certain level of commitment to the team is required. I’m not saying you should play only with us exclusively – not at all, but we should be your first choice. If you have a lot of friends to play with, you probably aren’t the one we are looking for. We are seeking more of the lone wolves, who don’t have many friends or a team they’re a part of, but would like to have a regular team.
Being a part of a working team is all about being able to communicate properly and being cooperative with your teammates. First of all, you have to know English (or Finnish) and be able to produce understandable sentences by both writing and speaking. Secondly we will not tolerate harrassment, any kind of abuse or whining. In team there is no such thing as ”KS”. Our goal is to win the match and the enemy team, not solely to get kills just to get our cyber *****es to grow. Basically what we’re saying is, you shouldn’t compete with your own teammates. There are different roles in a team and not all of them exclusively include killing. But we will discuss about this more later. I want everyone to be on the same page about what we are doing. We are open for everyone to apply, no matter your level or rank, we would however prefer people who have played League for sometime now and are atleast level 20. When you apply, please include a short intro about yourself. This way we can form a clearer picture of the types of people and personalities we’re dealing with.
