Before The Black Cleaver is always mandatory on all build and you recommend to buy The Brutalizer. After the update, you remove The Black Cleaver from against AD and AP build.

I play Garen and Jarvan as top laner, mainly because I can build them tanky so that I can tank damage for the whole team in the fight.
I read your build and know that you recommend building Pantheon as Assassin rather the Tank. "
