"Good way to level is just to play. You can still queue up with your 30 friend, and you'll get to know how the game/champions work in the meantime. "

"What are you on about.. A good Vayne can easily carry games now because of how much health champions have now. She's probably stronger than she's ever been, as long as she gets a few kills early."
