Posted a Comment: Oct 2nd, 2015 "in the case of black cleaver i would like to point out that the bonus movement speed applies on PHYSICAL damage as well as the armor shred. with the passive bleed dealing PHYSICAL damage now you get the bonus movement speed AND armor shred every second. seems legit to me"
