I just read unofficial 6.7 patch notes and they are gonna increase mana costs of Q to 40/45/50/55/60 from 40.
And increase W mana cost to 50/55/60/65/70 from 40/45/50/55/60.
I guess I have more reason to keep scaling mana regen runes. "

"I agree on getting blue over sweep/oracle.
Soraka is very squishy-has improved a bit with Q slow-and roaming around to remove enemy wards give them chances to kill her. In fact, I think adcs should get red trinket since they can remove the ward faster than soraka(her AS is *@&$^, obviously) "
