Posted a Comment: Feb 21st, 2012 "Looks solid. The only thing I think you should change is the marks and quints. Flat AD will do far more and so much of your damage (even mid and late game) is magic. His output is pretty much hybrid so your penetration is only working on half your damage. Otherwise, looks good!"
