"So, to sum this up, both items are very good, but they won't fit the same type of champions. Frozen Heart is perfect for mana hungry straight tank, while Randuin's Omen is much better for an off-tank DPS looking to deal damage and get focused."

"Another thing you have to take into account is that, if you are a tank, you are most likely not going to get focused, so the passive from Randuin's Omen is going to be useless until you are the last one left, in which case, good luck. "
