another promotion today. (/◕ヮ◕)/ Slow like a turtle, I know, but I can play only few games a day. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So far I am using with great success my build ( https://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/teemo-ap-top-9-2-updated-413736 ), so I can confirm, it works on every division so far from Iron (yes I was there too after not playing for 3 years:D) to Platinum very good!:) I am pretty sure I will have great success in Diamond too, once I promote there with my turtle speed:D
