As mentioned in other builds, vlad is a fairly close range caster. His transfusion has an alright range, but his ToB and pool are both close range. Hence I would say that boot"

Cho is a viable mid even vs ur best midders, his passive lets him be as durable as concrete. and as soon as he gets his ult he can combo people in one nuke if they're squishy enough.
