"IE works as a last item, definitely. However running 20% crit would handicap Jhin majorly early game. Doing extra crit damage is nice, but at best it's worth trading 1 AD rune for 1 Crit rune. Jhin needs every bit of AD he can get, whilst this rune setup of Scaling HP yellows and 2 armor Quints incr"
