"Thanks for that. I know I didn't ask the question, but I just started trying Xin Zhao and was wondering the same thing. The highest rated guide has you maxing W first, but it seemed like you should max E or Q first because W just doesn't appear to do much damage. Glad to get some clarification on"

"I was think one of the easiest supports would be Soraka because you are mainly worrying about healing your ADC. Not saying she is the best. Also, she is one of the cheapest, so she should make an ideal starting support champ.
