"Look it's good build but no S3 items mentioned also try iceborn instead of TF gives better slow aoe burst and tankiness TF doesn't give the cdr is nice 2 u have ur q,w every time up great 4chasing
Also what TF offers that iceborn doesn't just ats crit and ms which I think u have enough ats and crit"
