MS Quints ever worth it?
Got some IP built up, was thinking about buying movespeed quints. But 1.5% movespeed? It seems like it would be barely noticeable. So I'm curious, are they EVER worth it? I guess maybe on Singed?...

Udyr Builds?
I know that there is a TON of disagreement about whether tiger or phoenix stance udyr is better. I am just trying to learn to play both. I have a little more experience with tiger udyr so far....
