Posted a Comment: Mar 8th, 2013 "Someone obviously isn't paying attention. His nerf just got hit quite hard. It got nerfed hard. The cooldown refreash went away. If you kill someone with it now, you can cast it again within 12 seconds, if not it goes to cooldown."

Asked a Question: Feb 22nd, 2013 I've always wondered what is the best Mark rune for supports. Currently im running Flat ad Marks for better turret pushing when it comes to that, but my guess is i'm probally using the wrong thing...
