"itz quite a good build..in my opinion the only gud counter to a vladimir mid is an ap+tank mordekaiser..it really bottles down to the skill of the summoner then..i tried this build out n itz gr8..score ws 20/2/11..+1 man...you should put in a section of champions who are easy/medium/or hard for vlad"
