Also, disagree with him on Xin.
He says his dmg drops off mid to late game.
Not if you play him right.
His dmg late game is pretty insane.....
On that alone, I'm inclined to not really take his words for truth....."

"When a sure win turns into a loos because your ADC decides it's great to splitpush solo, while your top is also splitpushing. Allows the enemy to just 5 vs 1/2/3 and come back from a 18 - 7 disadvantage.
To top it off, your tank DC's, making things even worse."

Move to red buff.
Notice your top lane just died.
Kill red buff.
Notice your mid lane just died.
Before the announcement fades, notice bot lane giving another double kill.
