The immediate burst on rabadons will be higher, but IMO LB synchs better with Jax's hybrid nature of being both spell-reliant and dependant on auto-attacks for his dam"

The CD reduction on LoP that you now miss out on can be roughly compensated by getting an early Morello's, and you do more single-target damage during the mid-game.
