Tried to jungle with him and because i failed i left him there in my champ list and never took the time to learn to play with him because i didnt really know how to do it

Can i do the routes with the masteries but without the runes?
And without the full masteries? Because im not lvl 30 yet (im 17) and i cant do the routes listed
