OMG Viktor's AP is off the charts. So good. He's like the perfect mid. Very much worth the 975 RP I spent on him. If your in need of a great AP carry he's your guy. Love him. So OP. He's so gonna be nerfed it's not even funny.
As I said his scaling is what needs to be nerfed. 540 AP late game is ridiculous.
All his scaling is bad though...
If you compare him to xerath, he's just plain terrible.
