4: I'm probably never going to play ranked. I can only play LoL in short bursts so I doubt I'll ever get good enough to play ranked or get very far in it :("

I have a few questions on jungling.
1: Are runes necessary for jungling? I'm level 20 and I want to start jungling now to get used to it.

Laning with Twitch
Who would be a good lane/support for Twitch? I think I'm at a low enough level that laning with Twitch would still be ok for me. I'm thinking Taric would be a good partner because of the stun....
