Hi all!
I recently bought Teemo with IP, and was wondering what to do. I've read a few guides, and this is what I know so far:

I just don't get to kill anything with the {Q} because I'm supporting... :c

It is around 9000 IP, which will take me about 50 games. So... does anyone know how long it takes to reach lvl 20?
