Possible to play Ahri support? Max charm first land a few of them and hope the ADC picks up the kill? Plus she could have some good poke potential.

Last whisper over IE?
Playing Ashe would it be worth it to rush Last Whisper for the first item before boots(2) even with full Arm Pen marks or would it just be a waste and should just go for the EI or cleaver?
