"Burst of Speed is her main steroid and she can carry a team with this build (possibly). Black Cleaver works wonders with Burst of Speed. Fiora is an Armor Piercing Specialist she is suppose to hit you like your not even wearing any armor at all. Tiamats gives her more Pentakills than any"
