"Being immobile and lacking the tools to oneshot or reasonably burst the hell out of someone is a major downside a lot of the lower tiers share.
Tiers 5 and 6 are still a WIP as I don't have too much play time with many of them (mainly the Decent tiers) so they're still subject to change. However "
