Why would you auto attack, when you can always Q? You don't build AP on Ryze, Lich Bane's passive does damage based on your ability power. You dont' have any. It does no damage.
Ryze's Q's CD refreshes after casting ANY spell, so there is no reason to "

"If you are not going to get RoA early, which isn't really good on Ryze, it's a waste. You won't have it stacked.

"Deathcap is a really poor item on Ryze, far far far too expensive, and only one of your spells has reasonable AP ratio, however it's a single target nuke so it is just not worth it. 3600 gold for a mediocore damage boost. You can get so much more with other items.

"Talon's E does not increase your autoattack damage, it amplifies all damage that Talon does against his target, even summoner spells like Ignite. A standard Talon burst has one auto attack. You are stacking crit so you can autoattack someone once.
