"Not well explained. You might want to clear up some reasons on why you get certain items. Also, CrD runes are not that good, only for late game, and that is what IE is for. -1"

"This is a good build, actually quite casual for Veigar, but my only problem is the Masteries and your spelling errors. It's not very easy to the eyes, and hard to read through for the first time. Try making another one, all you have to do is right-click to change some spelling errors.
