"As said many times before, vayne is a situational pick in the top lane. She does well against champs that tend to stack health or don't have a good gap closer e.g shen, olaf (not so much anymore) singed etc.
Very situational, but can wreck some top laners with BotRK and Black Clea"

I was playing a game where our top laner kha'zix was against an AP nunu Suffice to say AP Nunu got about 3 kills on Kha'Zix in the first 20 minutes or so. Now by this point it was clearly established that Nunu was beginning to snowbal"

"I think there is a big difference between under-rated and under-played.
For example a lot people know talon is strong and is useful in some situations as a mid counter pick, but he just isn't picked as frequently as other reliable champs. Hence he isn't under-rated but he is under-played.
