"nice, i prefer 1/19/11 for masteries and start with a vampiric sceptre, i also usually go for frozen mallet then atmas then warmogs/triforce. But i think i will try building sheen earlier after reading this guide!"

kog does not need mana regen seals. manage your cooldowns better.
take exhaust to avoid wasting points in your mastery tree.
if you wanna build hybrid ap/as kog he needs more as to max his damage."

Start with E, at 1st level is does a little damage and some nice CC in a big area.
Max the W to avoid having a dire early game lane presence.
Max Q second, but get a point in it at level 4.
9/0/21 is far more effective that 21 in the attack masterys - d"

your much better off with the utility masteries - cooldowns, more summoner spells, CV, gold and mana regen are all way better than AD carrys masterys *facepalm*
