"i would never condone building mejais on one so squishy, and i find kog to be a whole lot more effective as an AP/AS hybrid, with madreds bloodrazor, malady etc. but its not an awful build, theres just better champs to build like this IMO"

boots 3 are just bad.
phantom dancer is excellent on kog with malady/madreds, don't be skeptical.
banshee's is an awesome build on about 90& of champs, kog included.
I prefer 9/0/21 with attack speed instead of cooldowns.
