AD = Attack damage
AP = Ability power
APen = Armor penetration

Udyr is unlike other champions, he is an exclusively melee champion who enhances his attack power using spells. Each one of his spells is a "stance" and gives him a temporary effect and persistent once, for example his easiest one to grasp concept of is his



Each time Udyr switches stances, he gains 5 flat movement speed and 10% attack speed for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 3 times.
Strong early and late game, try not to let this run out by activating an ability just before it does, keeping this at 3 stacks in fights or when ganking is crucial as you have no jump/dashes/blinks.

Tiger Stance COST: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 6 STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr gains attack speed for 5 seconds. Udyr will perform a Tiger Stance Tiger Strike with his first basic attack after activation, dealing bonus physical damage over 2 seconds to the target.
ATTACK SPEED BONUS: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70%
TOTAL BONUS DAMAGE OVER TIME: 30 / 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 (+ 120 / 130 / 140 / 150 / 160% AD)
PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr's basic attacks deal bonus physical damage equal to 15% of his attack damage.
This is Udyr's main damage spell in Tiger Udyr, for that build you max this first and it will do insane damage due to the high AD you will be building and the damage over time factor, always proc the first damage over time effect, so that you can reactivate it for double damage over time. By building damage you also do persistent increased damage due to your persistent effect. This is very OP in trades at all stages in the game.

Turtle Stance COST: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 6
STANCE ACTIVATION: Udyr gains a shield for up to 5 seconds.
SHIELD STRENGTH: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 50% AP)
PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr gains life steal.
LIFE STEAL: 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 / 18%
Although this is pretty weak early game, always activate this before entering a fight with a camp for the activation effect, then activate it once whenever it's off cooldown to get the shield, late game if you need to heal and can't go back to base, go into turtle stance and clear 3-4 camps and you should be at full health again, in trades use this to absorb upfront damage or poke, also try to use this to save yourself from DoT spells such as



Bear Stance COST: 47 / 44 / 41 / 38 / 35 MANA COOLDOWN: 6
STANCE ACTIVATION: For a short duration, Udyr gains increased movement speed, ignores unit collision, and performs a short dash towards enemy champions he stuns with his attacks.
MOVEMENT SPEED BONUS: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%
MOVEMENT SPEED DURATION: 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 / 2.75 / 3
PERSISTENT EFFECT: Udyr's basic attacks stun the target for 1 second.
The dash and stun cannot reoccur on the same target within 6 seconds.

Always ban the 3 champs that I put on my bans team, this is because they have ridiculous base damage, or are too hard to deal with. Vlad is OP since he does the damage of a mid and as tanky as the top, annie has NO counter play, and then last you ban vayne or nasus as they both counter you directly, and can outscale you.
