He can clear camps fast with
and his Passive monkey agility.
If you get fed you are really hard to stop, because
you can move really fast just as fast as a rocket

Cons

filler- Hard to master
filler- If you fall behind a lot it's hard to come back

So the attack speed is for faster clearing of course, but mainly you use them because if you don't level up your Wilding Claw early, you need the ATKspeed from somewhere else.
Also they synergize really well with your Wingborne Storm stance so you can proc the passive more often

So you are jungeling so basically that is why you take armor

Glyphs

You want the CDR because you can switch between your Stances really often so you can keep your passive up
And the Scaling M.Res is a welcome Bonus against AP Enemies
