Sivir is greatly used against Corki, consider this.

Hum i not think Sivir become in top 5 i think the futur top 5 is Graves,Ezreal,Corki,Caitlyn and eventually Jinx, but Sivir will be in the top 10 like in the 7-8 places

I still think Lucian is strong along with Corki as he is particulary strong in solo Q. Next Tier AD Carries woul be Sivir, Ezreal, Caitlyn and Graves from what I've seen so far. I'm not AD carry main but it's a common order I suppose.

I think of making it but I think that Lucian does not have to be any more the number 1 thus I think that I would lower him towards places 6-7 of the ranking.

I would replace Varus with Caitlyn as Varus has got potential but doesn't see play at the moment because he is outshined by other AD Carries. Caitlyn is always a safe and strong pick but you're literally forced to win your lane to have an impact mid game.
