At no possible amount, the new shield can be worse than the old shield lategame. They even talked about how bad his early game was in the description of his update and went through with it regardless. The ability to gank and cc dive a champ with a 400 health shield is SUPER helpful. Otherwise early-game Nautilus is anchor/shield/slow/ult/walk away.[/quote]
