It's been know to be done before, but the jungle changes hurt him a lot. The way to do it is start Q on red buff, level up, get E, and immediately gank mid (Q, go behind the laner, auto a lot and eventually press E)

A better start would be to smite the golems immediately, then use the smite buff to stun them on the edge of Twitch's range; do the same thing for the red and blue buff. You should be level 3 at that point and can start nailing people, but if Twitch jungle doesn't get kills and starts snowballing, you lose.
