Crazy awesome build...I always use it whenever I play Blitzcrank and it has NEVER failed me once. Definitely a well-deserved +1

So, again, here I am.

I have seen that you have been online lately, but your activity log is complete void.

Your last edit of this built was over two months ago (if not more) and your guide still only consists of copy-pasting his (old) strategy tips and ability descriptions. The only thing that is yours is a very, very brief description of what your items do (instead of telling people why to get them).

And not only that, but your second build, claiming to reach CDR cap faster, doesn't even reach the CDR cap by far.

I'm changing my + vote to a - vote; you are online, you are viewing (your) build(s), you are just too damn lazy to live up to the Veteran Recommendation and update your guide.

i reckon u should keep ur philosophers stone longer, but this is a great AP CDR build for blitz

Okay, so this build doesn't look too bad, except you use clarity, which is the nut low.
It has almost no use late game as you should be stacking mana on blitz anyway. It's just a crutch for people with bad mana management. You only run out of mana in lane if you're blowing your rocket grab every 25 second. Just start with a meki pendant and try some patients, or a mana potion if you reeeeally need it. You're way better off with a good summoner spell like flash ghost exhaust or sometimes cleanse can be really good on blitz.

Works well

You should really update your guide; most items changed and the current metagame did so too. It's a bit ironic that your second build mentions that it "reaches the CDR cap faster", while it doesn't even reach 30%.

You're also slightly over the CDR cap in build one, you should exchange two blue runes.

the only problem with this build was the layout, nevertheless great build! far better than the 1º place one.

I ussually go a tanky dps blitz and I've done well with it. I think I will try this though

Do i really need the runes? cause im low level, well kinda im lvl 13 and i dont have money to spent on runes, and i wanna wait for runes tier 3.
