Karthus player, but if I were to play him I would never build speelvamp on him. It takes the spot of a more important item.
Also, the funniest way to play him is to die in the middle of the enemy team and then just spam your Q on everyone as the fight continues on top of you.

(currently) Karthus main whose main build rushes hextech revolver after tear. Its a very squishy build
that deals a lot of damage and because when Karthus hits a single enemy with his q it will give the full
spellvamp effect, I've been able to sustain after poke quite easily. I'm not questioning if this is viable or not, since I've been successful enough with it to know it is. I'm just interested in what other community members think of this stat on Karthus.
