She's probably good if the player is good, but I haven't met single good jungle nidalee yet.
I'd rate her in tier 2 with most of junglers, she's deffinitely weaker than top tier junglers.
To be honest, I don't see reason to pick jungle nida over better junglers.

She has great cheese potential at level 2 with Q and W, she clears without many issues, her ganks with red buff and chilling smite can be really scary. However, she is squishy, prone to fall behind and her teamfighting is still a little bit iffy.
I think she's great in a poke/pick comp, definitely valuable if you pressure early on and manage to hit those heavy javs when teams are trying to trade before engaging.
If played at her fullest potential, I'd say low tier 1

You're probably right here... my experience with her is watching theOddOne play and he definitely plays her in ways I could never do! She is now getting banned out in his level of play.
I went to leagueofgraphs.com here is the list of Diamond+ Win rate for the last 7 days:
She is 8th in most picked over the same time period in Diamond + and much lower global.
But notice her win rate overall: 48.8% compared to 54.2% in Diamond +
You must know how to play her. I certainly can't play her!!!
edit: I saw her played later in the day in LCS... on the winning team. Though that is not because she carried. The team overall played well.
