Yah, leveling up her cougar form improves her abilities, it is definitely better to rank it up at the appropriate levels.

Putting points in Nid's R increases the base damage on her cougar form abilities, always rank it up.

Didn't tried it yet, tho I saw people jungling with Nidalee and wanted to give a look at builds, one thing tho - leveling up ultimate increases base damage on her cougar skills, so leaving it out is a waste.

Just tried to use this build and got absolutely shredded, couldn't even kill red buff. Pointers or tips?

It is EXTREMELY VITAL to put points into her ult whenever possible! In cougar form, she gain NO extra dmg for each point of the ability. However, the ults points drastically increases cougar form abilities letting you execute better.

Yeah, you're actually right.

In Normals for fun i still play her, and i am testing different ways (like only female and 'trick' the camps, to not taking damage)
But what i tested isnt THAT viable like in season 4.

But anyway, still a very fun champion in a position, that is even more funny to play with.

Ty for the comment. But the problem with Nida jungle is, that now, in the s5 jungle, she falls of i think. She has not the needed sustain for the new jungle with 2 pots. Pls write how you find her right now.

Hey Halocz, good guide and thank you for making it first of all, but i want to add some Points (I enjoyed Nidalee Jungle about a year and she was also my main champion for a while)

I enjoyed Nidalee jungle for about a year (AD prefered but after the nerf AP) and she was very fun to play. I did also some ranked games in platinum ELO (Banana tnoob) on EUW and have found something out, you possibly could add.

1. She is (in my opinion) one of the STRONGEST champs to gank (Pros)
- Impotant to hit q, if you hit, you can fast follow up with cugar (w -> e -> q) and have a great
Burst (Added to that she has one of the highest mobility what comes well with jungle)

2. After a lot of games i like (if you have trouble in early jungle clearing) leveling e to 2
(e, q, e, w, q -> max, e -> max) for the fast and simple jungle clearing and way more efficent
ganks after level4.

3. In "higher" elo its not possible to ganks 24/7, thats why i prefer as runes:

9x Attackspeed MARK
6x Armor + 3x Health SEAL
9x AP p. Level GLYPH
2 Flat AP + 1 Armor ESSENCE.

Ofc it depends on the play style, and both rune pages work well out, but if you cant just gank, this one works pretty amazing out.
Added to that i take 25/2/3 Masteries (pretty confusing i know) for the early hybrid output.

4. FIRST smite on mosters, THEN q from cougar
you already wrote it in some way, but its pretty important so i want to underline that point

5. cons:
-> you get blamed for picking it, just ignore it and show them how OP it is!
