what about putting force of nature insead of sword of occult or the bloodthirstier?
I am not going to down-vote your guide simply because of bad-grammar, but there are multiple places where I am not sure what you are trying to say because there are not complete sentences. I am just trying to help prevent people from down-voting your guide because of mis-understandings. In regards to your actual build and strategy, I will definitely try it out the next time I have an opportunity to try out pantheon to see how he fares in the late-game. In almost all of the games I have played with pantheons, they drop off somewhere around the 30 minute point. However, I do agree with the person above me and I would suggest swapping out clarity for some other summoner spell. If you really do not want to get a mana regen item, you could consider focusing on seals with mana regen.

imo this pantheon will have less power on early game when he is to dominate
on early game he is one off the most powerfull champs so he doesn't really need power at start
