Yea, they're apparently not in the database either. I'd add them myself, but I can't. :/

The rune is in there, it just wasn't showing up in the list of (Utility) Seals because the Slot - Mark/Seal/Glyph/Quint - wasn't filled in properly in the database. I fixed that, but think it might take a while for that to update in the guide editor.
For now, you should be able to find it in the full list of runes (so if you go to the Runes tab in the editor, do not select a category on the right, just scroll down to the seals and click on it there).
