In less than a week the IEM Season IX - World Championship will begin. With it being the first tournament stretching across the world, it will also be a chance for us to see how different regions stack against each other until we get to the Mid-Season Invitational.

Joining an international caster desk for the first time in League of Legends history are Christopher "Montecristo" Mykkles and Erik "Doa" Lonnquist with Will "Chobra" Cho being the host of the tournament. Other casters include Joe Miller, Trevor "Quickshot" Henry, Leigh "Deman" Smith and Martin "Deficio" Lynge. The analyst desk consists of Eefie "Sjokz" Depoortere, including various other players.

Participating in this tournament are:
GE Tigers
CJ Entus
Team SoloMid
SK Gaming
Team WE
Cloud9
Gambit Gaming
Yoe Flash Wolves

With four IEM winners, the top lcs teams and and the top Korean teams, how do you think the finals bracket will shape out? Will, as usual, the Korean teams dominate and reach the grand finals? Will Gambit return to form for a massive upset and get into the finals? Or, will the true underdogs in Team WE upset their group?

The finals bracket will be posted as soon as it's available.
