Urgot was borderline OP. He was that good. The bug fix might have hurt him a bit much though. They might need to increase the total range by 50-100 now.

Hybrid Ez was never really a good choice. They did however KILL AP Ezreal.. Let's hope he's still good.
Also; BT stacking is never a problem. It's an underpowered item so that'll just give you the advantage if your enemies grab it.

They didn't change the damage to physical so no, ArP won't affect it ;(
