Yup, thanks for catching that.

(BTW, for those who don't know: This website has a weird interaction between masteries the link together, in this case and , wherein putting a single point into meditation allows use of strength of spirit, whereas in game you need to have maxed to use its upgrade. So when I saw as an option I didn't think much of it and put it on the page even though it wouldn't actually be an option in game.)

Id disagree on the flat runes, largely because is played pretty passively pre-level 6 unless he has a gank setup. You might be right about the MS quints though. I'll mess around with my setup to see what feels right.
You're right about the thing, collecting chimes/roaming without them seems to be a waste of time, so I've changed the text to reflect this. The omission of was an oversight, its not that I don't think its important, I just forgot to mention it since its normally picked up by the jungler. I've moved to being a situational item when chasing power is needed.

Personally I'd tend to use flat Runes and no MS Quintessences as I believe the MS buffs provided by his passive are satisfying when roaming. In addition, you rather start roaming when already having at the time the dragon starts to get contested (let's not talk about competetive games). Two things regarding items that bother me are the lack of and as I don't believe in this item being the greatest early pickup in most games. When taking a look at the item's compositions only is decent in stats. You shouldn't delay building as many s as needed in my opinion and that's why having statwise decent items alongside is important.
I guess many people are maxing Q, aren't they? Ah, and you should say that is only an option if your AD Carry runs - sounds weird and is weird but sometimes AD Carries are playing weird.
